What began as a personal journey of self-discovery, healing & transformation turned into an obsession with personal growth, self-realization, and a dream to inspire others on their own journey.
My path began 10 years ago in a beginner’s yoga class in a neighborhood studio. I
was a runner at the time, and I was looking for a workout that was gentler on my knees. What I found was my breath, a meditation practice, stillness, focus, and education in self-reflection and self-discovery.
